Ohhhh....the sleepy anticipation!

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was celebrated at our house this year. It was a "last minute" decision, but ended up being an enjoyable evening. We ate our turkey dinner, followed by a nativity play and christmas carols. Then we exchanged gifts with Dan's family and the cousins.
After everyone left, Heidi sprinkled "reindeer dust" on the front lawn, (consisting of oats and glitter) to attract the reindeer to our house. She was very precise in her placement of the "dust" so it could be seen from high in the sky.
