Today I finally accumulated my first dozen eggs. My white egg laying hen was hot and didn't give me eggs for 3 days because she was protesting the heat... but today she gave in. I have been waiting for that final white egg to get my 1st dozen, Arn't they cute?

Hey Lisa! I found you after Grandma Anna (who was out visiting me recently) told me you had a blog. I'm so excited to get to read about your life after having lost touch with you for so long. Good job on the eggs! I wish I had chickens!!
